Sesquicentennial Park

Located at 255 Grove Avenue. (At Sherman Place.)

Beautiful Sesquicentennial Park now has a new playground, with areas specifically designed for different age groups: 2-5 year olds and 5-12 year olds; and is ADA accessible. The playground has swings, slides, and plenty of things to climb on; benches for reading, relaxing, and watching your children play in the park; and a picnic table.

Better sight lines to the street make the playground area safer for kids. We have also installed a beaver tail fence across the front of the park to keep children from running out into the street. The popular Gazebo has been rebuilt, and features a picnic table. The large open field provides plenty of green space for playing games, walking, and just enjoying the park. Come out & play!
