THEME PARTIES
Let us create the birthday party of your child’s dreams. Just invite the guests!
For artists of all ages and abilities. Your guests will make an age-appropriate, personalized art project based on your child’s interests. We are ready with all art supplies!
Enjoy your birthday as you dance your party away! Wow, your friends with a dance party in the dark, including glow sticks and a strobe light! Be prepared to play fun games such as freeze dance and glow hula hoop.
Do you have a favorite princess or superhero? Come dressed up as your favorite character while you enjoy games and crafts!
Invite your friends to an all-out battle with the Nerf Party! You can bring your own Blaster or use one of ours! Protective eyeglasses will be required to participate in the activities!
This is the perfect party for young sports fans who always have energy to spare. Kids will have lots of time in our gym to play sports and games and plenty of time to celebrate. Come pumped up, leave happy & tired!
Note: For Ultimate Games & Sports Party, dates and times may be limited by the availability of the gym.
Fees:
Level one R:$385/NR:$435 for 1-15 guests
Level two: R: $435/NR: $485 16-25 guests
Level three: R: $485/$535 for 26- 35 guests
Everyone of age in attendance besides immediate birthday family is considered a guest. Exceeding the 35-guest limit will require the registrant to book a room rental with the Park District business department at 847-391-5700.
Includes
2-3 party experts and simple birthday décor.
Families are responsible for specialty décor, food, and beverages.

Time: 2 hours, including 60 minutes of planned activities.
Days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on availability.

Parties are also offered year-round at Prairie Lakes Aquatic Center and during the summer season at Chippewa Pool, Lake Park, Mountain View Adventure Center, and Mystic Waters Family Aquatic Center.
Birthday Party Policies:
Parties are geared toward children between the ages of 3-12 years. All parties are two hours long and run by Birthday Party Staff. Party does not include cake, candles, or matches, but you are welcome to bring your own. Parties are scheduled on a first come first served basis and should be scheduled a minimum of one month in advance. Party will be reserved upon supervisor approval. A one-week notice must be given to reschedule or cancel.
If cancelation is not given one week in advance, a $25 service charge will be applied. Rescheduling fee is $10. A final guest count is due three days prior to the party.
Immediate birthday family is free. Exceeding the 35 guest limit will require the registrant to book a room rental with the Park District Business Department (847-391-5700). Party packages include: use of a room, two hour party (one hour planned activities with our Birthday Party attendants), decorations, tableware, tablecloths, and cleanup.
