The Des Plaines Park District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Prairie Lakes Community Center Fitness Center Expansion Project. Expansion of Fitness Center, relocation of an Aerobic Room, and Locker Rooms renovation.

Submit interest by July 8, 2025, 10 am.
Required: Prebid walk-through at 515 E Thacker Street, Des Plaines IL, 60016, June 18, 2025, 10 am – 1 pm.
Construction completion date: December 31, 2025.
