- 30-Minute Power Up: Beginner to Intermediate: Get up and reap the calorie-burning and muscle-strengthening benefits of this short 30-minute effective cardio/strength program.
- Cardio Combat: A high-energy kickboxing class incorporating punches, kicks, and bodyweight drills for an intense cardio workout.
- Cardio/Tone: Beginner to Intermediate: This popular Group Fitness Class has all that you need: Cardio Routines, Abs, and Muscle Workouts using weights, medicine balls, resistance balls, and tubing.
- Core and Quads: This class combines targeted exercises for your abs, legs, and lower back with leg-sculpting moves like squats, lunges, and step-ups. Whether you’re aiming for better balance, core stability, or powerful legs, this class delivers results.
- E-Z Impact: Beginner: Easy aerobic exercises focused on flexibility and balance. Perfect for beginners, active older adults, and postpartum moms.
- Flex and Flow: A low-impact, mobility-focused class combining dynamic stretches, yoga-inspired movements, and balance drills to enhance flexibility and range of motion.
- Hi/Lo All Around: Beginner to Intermediate: This class combines dance, Latin dance, power, and sports moves with muscle strengthening, toning, core conditioning, and step for an all-around workout.
- Kettlebell AMPD: This class combines lightweight kettlebell moves and upbeat music to provide an effective, calorie-burning, full-body workout.
- Pump: Beginner to Intermediate: Fire up your metabolism, build strength, and get lean. This total body workout will challenge every muscle in your body using various equipment.
- Push and Pull Power: This class targets your chest, back, shoulders, and arms using a mix of push and pull exercises. Work on a blend of bodyweight, dumbbell, and resistance band movements that will sculpt, strengthen, and define your upper body while improving your muscle endurance.
- Simply Sculpt: Hit all your muscles on ball or bench with good form and control, target core work and finish with a deep stretch.

Total Body Strength: Looking to get a fat-blasting and efficient workout in 45 minutes? Total Body Strength will build strength, increase your metabolism, and firm where you burn.
- Weights and Toning: This strength developing class is designed to building muscle through various exercises while at the same time toning the whole body. This fitness class includes the use of fitness equipment, circuit training, cardio exercises as well as body weight exercises.
- Zumba®: Zumba® is a distinctive fusion of Latin and International dance music that combines high energy and motivating beats with unique moves and combinations.

Zumba® Gold: A modified low-impact dance fitness class for beginners and active older adults. It’s designed to improve balance, coordination, and range of motion.

Zumba® Toning: Beginner to Intermediate: This class blends the Zumba® party you love at a lower intensity with a redefining total body workout using Zumba® toning sticks to shake up those muscles.
- Chair Yoga: This class is for those interested in the benefits of yoga, but do not have the ability to get down onto the ground. Anyone experiencing loss or lack of flexibility would be best suited for this class.
- Deep Stretch: This class will focus on stretching the hip flexors, IT bands, shoulders, back, chest, and legs. Good for anyone with sciatica, back pain or injuries and all levels.
- Gentle Yoga: Gentle yoga is for beginners, those who might be experiencing chronic pain, or other physical limitations. The focus will be on learning breathing techniques and linking breath to movement.
- Good Morning Yoga: Wake up your body with stretches, sun salutations and easy flowing yoga poses. This class will align your body, release all tensions, and clear your mind from cluttered thought to prepare you for the day.
- Pilates: Pilates will help create a strong core, strengthen your back, flatten your abs and add flexibility to your body. You will never experience the same class twice, using different equipment and muscles every class. This Pilates class is for all levels.
- Slow Flow Yoga: We will focus on slow flow, moving and flowing in and out of poses. The benefits of this class are stress reduction, more flexibility and strength, and excellent for our joints.
- Vinyasa Yoga: This class focuses on stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. This develops a more balanced body and prevents repetitive motion injuries.
- Yin Yoga: This class is suitable for people with sciatica, back pain, and injuries. Focus on breathing techniques and alignment.

- Indoor Cycling (Erica Cupuro/Kendra Kelly): A dynamic 45-minute indoor cycling class focused on pure cardio power. Leave the weights behind and climb hills, sprint flats, and conquer mixed terrains to boost endurance and burn calories – all from a stationary bike. All fitness levels welcome!
- Indoor Cycling (Julie Adams): Power Mode combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on the bike with heavy strength circuits for a challenging, full-body workout. This is for the rider who craves intensity, variety, and results.
- Yoga Cycling (Julie Adams): Join us for an invigorating ride of yoga and cycle. This fusion class combines cardiovascular intensity with mindful movement focused on breath and body.
