Description
The Des Plaines Triton Swim Team is a year-round novice swim team for ages 8-12. This program welcomes any swimmer who would like an introduction to being on a swim team. Practices focus on all swim strokes and building endurance. This program allows swimmers to gain confidence in the water and learn about swim meet protocols.
Skill Prerequisites: Before Registering
- Students are required to do a front float and back float without support.
- Students must swim 25 yards (1 lap) down the pool without assistance
Weekly Schedule
- Summer Session to come!
- Practice takes place every Wednesday 7:15p-8:45p and Fridays 4:30p-6:00p.
