IMPORTANTÂ
Due to COVID-19, a guardian over the age of 18 needs to be in the water with the student unless they can swim 25 yards (one length) properly, with no assistance and without stopping. This will be determined by the instructors and tested on their first day. No exceptions.
SWIM LESSONS
Swim with Me • Ages 6 months–3 years
Students, with an accompanying adult, will be introduced to the water and basic swimming skills through songs and games. The primary focus of this class is to make your child feel comfortable in the water.

Lil Swimmers Swim Program • Ages 3–5 years
For preschool aged children who may be new to the water. Guardians MUST be in the water with their child. If they are 5 years old, comfortable in the water and have taken lessons before, you may choose Big Swimmers.
Preschool 1: Guppy
For children who have no prior swim experience or may be apprehensive in a pool setting. Through songs and games, our instructors will introduce your child to the fun world of swimming!
Preschool 2: Polliwog
For young children who have previous swim experience and are unafraid of the water. Basic swim skills will be taught through songs and games, while “Big Swimmer” skills are introduced.

Big Swimmers Swim Program Ages 5-12 years
Parents must be in the water with their child unless they pass the 25 yard swim test. Big Swimmers is split into different levels based on skill.
Junior Swimmers Swim Program Ages 12-17 years
Parents must be in the water with their child unless they pass the 25 yard swim test. Junior Swimmers is split into different levels based on skill.
Level 1: Starfish
Introduction of basic swimming skills, including floats, bobs, and arm & leg movements. If comfortable, a child may perform skills on their own
Level 2: Seahorse
Building on the basics, students will continue learning coordination of front and back stroke as they continue to grow more comfortable with swimming on their own.
Level 3: Octopus
Students will further develop front and back stroke as well as be introduced to elementary backstroke, dolphin (butterfly) kick, and breaststroke kick, all while gaining more independence swimming and treading in deep water.
Level 4: Dolphin
Additional development of the strokes learned in previous levels, with introduction of diving, the butterfly stroke and breaststroke. Students will continue to increase strength and endurance.
Level 5: Manta Ray
Students will refine previously learned strokes, with the addition of the sidestroke and learning how to make proper turns.
Level 6: Shark
Students will demonstrate exceptional understanding of strokes and swim skills learned in previous levels. Showing great endurance, efficiency, and effortlessness over greater distances, at the completion of this level they will be ready for the Warriors Swim Team!

Aqua Fit
Ages 14+
Aerobics+Water=A Cool Workout!
Use water resistance for a workout that burns calories and tones muscle by combining cardiovascular and muscular conditioning in waist to chest deep water. Class includes water walking, aerobic moves and strength training using aqua noodles and additional resistance equipment. Perfect for all fitness levels. Work at your own pace—no swimming skills necessary—just join the fun! Remember to bring 2 noodles to class.
Aqua Zumba
Ages 14+
Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class, so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
