The 2020 DASH 5k is at our NEW LOCATION: Starts at Maine West High School, around the track, straight down Howard Avenue, around beautiful Lake Opeka, finishing at the Lake Park Clubhouse.
Chip timed • Gear check • Water available throughout • Refreshments provided at the finish • Medals are awarded to runners: The overall male and female winners, and to the first, second and third place male and female winners in various age groups.
Pre-registration: $30 • Race day registration: $35
Proceeds benefit the Des Plaines Park District Scholarship Funds, which provides recreation, activities, classes, and education for Des Plaines residents.
