National Night Out

Join the Des Plaines Police and Fire Departments at National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1! This year’s event will take place in Metropolitan Square from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Come see specialty Fire and Police Department vehicles and learn all about what they do. Did you know that DPPD has a K9 Officer, Jager? Stop by to see the demonstration with Ofc. Galvan at 6 p.m., followed by a Tactical Response Team demonstration. The evening will also include games and activities for kids of all ages, thanks to our friends at the Des Plaines Park District.
