Mark your calendars! The City of Des Plaines is hosting a festive weekend full of fun on Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3.
The annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony kicks off on Friday, Dec. 2, with an appearance from Santa and live community entertainment.
On Saturday, Dec. 3, experience trolley tours around the city, walk through an artisan market and watch a live ice sculpting demo right in Metropolitan Square.
