Des Plaines Garden Club

The Des Plaines Garden Club will meet on Thursday, October 12 at 10:45 at the Frisbie Senior Center, 52 E. Northwest Highway in Des Plaines. The business meeting starts at 11am. Bring a sack lunch and your own coffee mug. Dessert and coffee will be provided by our hostesses. Our program starts at 12:30. Ken Benson will be joining us to talk about your garden and lawn tools. He debunks the myth that garden tools are sharp when they come from the store. Bring in a garden tool to be critiqued and he may just sharpen and polish it for you.
