Updated Mask Guidance
Due to the current surge of COVID-19 infections, the Cook County Department of Health has instituted a county-wide face mask mandate.
Beginning Monday, August 23, park district staff and all visitors are required to wear a face mask while inside any Des Plaines Park District facility. This includes the Golf Center Des Plaines, Lake Park Golf Course Clubhouse, Leisure Center, Oakwood Maintenance Facility, and the Prairie Lakes Community Center.
Guidance from the Cook County Health Department, IDPH, and CDC is updated frequently. We monitor this guidance and act accordingly in order to keep our staff, our program participants, and members of the public who are in our facilities safe at all times.
